Antony Perring and David Barnier own and operate Irons and Craig cafe in Yamba NSW. Both David and Antony grew up in the Clarence Valley and had close contact with their grandparents during their childhoods. They have returned to the area to build their business and re-establish their links with the community.

David Barnier is a qualified Speech Pathologist with a specialist area of dysphagia and other swallowing disorders primarily in adult patients. David’s practice Endeavour Speech Pathology extends to Aged Care Facilities primarily in Yamba, Maclean and Grafton. He has over 10 years experience within aged care in city and rural facilities.

Antony Perring is a chef and local food advocate; business operator and communicator. Antony’s career trajectory has been across many varied fields and he brings his broad experience to The Village Garden Project.
